Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any non-customized product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please keep your email and receipt as your proof of purchase.
Customization Non Refund Policy
There are absolutely no refunds on any customized product after production has begun on a custom ordered item, or an in-stock item on which you have requested custom etching or engraving. You will be provided with a digital proof of any custom design prior to production – please review your Proof carefully and submit any changes or corrections promptly.
To cancel a custom item order prior to production, you must contact Lat67 within 24-hours of submitting/paying for your order. There can be no exceptions.
